Our average lunches and dinners are set up with the following measurements: 6oz of protein, ¾ cup of grain, 1 cup of steamed or roasted vegetables and fall within 400-700 calories each. We aim for a macro ratio of 40/40/20 (Protein, Carbs, Fat) Paleo or Ketogenic meals will have a different macro nutrient ratio.
